Inmarchitable (Fadeless)

From an awareness process of what I remember and what I forget, I worked with my personal photographic album. I classified my memories from those blurred or forgotten to the freshest and clearest ones.

Then, I mixed the life of the memory with the life of the leaf. I printed my photo album in leaves, with a process that needs sun and chlorophyll. Those forgotten memories were shown broken with blurred shapes, while the clear ones were developed as nitid photographs on the leaf.

Inmarchitable (Fadeless) alludes to a double disappearance. The fragility of memory and life. Time blurs the photograph, and at the same time, dries and fractures the leaf.
